CHICKEN POTPIE #2

Boil a good fat chicken quite tender. Then take 1 egg, 1 cup of sweet milk (the richer the better) and 1/2 cup of butter. Make a stiff dough, roll very thin, cut in small squares. Drop in the broth and let boil 10 minutes. You may think this would be a "sad" mess, but try it and you will be surprised.
