A GOOD POTPIE
Boil any kind of meat, and when done lift out, then take 1 quart of flour in a dish, dip boiling broth on the flour, just enough to make a soft dough, then roll thin and cut in squares; have 1 pint of thinly-sliced potatoes, some finely-chopped parsley, and. pepper to suit the taste; put potatoes and paste in layers in the remaining broth and boil about 15 minutes.
