PICKLES
PEACH SAUCE Take 1 peck of peaches, wash and wipe dry; put 1/2 of the quantity in a kettle and cover with boiling water and boil until tender. Take them out and cook the remaining peaches. Add to the syrup 1 pint of vinegar, and 3 pints of white sugar. Let come to a boil, and put the peaches in again and let boil, then put in jars and seal tight.
