DUMPLINGS & FRITTERS

LIGHT DROP DUMPLINGS
 
 
 Take 1 cup of flour, 1 egg, 1 heaping teaspoonful of baking powder, a little salt; mix with sweet milk not too stiff: drop in with potatoes and meat or sauerkraut, cover and let steam for 10 or 15 minutes.
