CAKES AND COOKIES

BLACKBERRY JAM CAKE
 
 
 Take 3 eggs, 1 cup of sugar, 2/3 cup of butter, 2 cups of flour, and 1 cup of blackberry jam, 2 large tablespoonfuls of sour cream, and 1 even teaspoonful of soda. Bake in layers and put together with white icing. Raspberry or strawberry jam may be used instead of the blackberry jam if preferred.
