BREAKFAST DISHES

RICE PANCAKES
 
 
 Take 2 cups of cooked rice, 1 cup of graham flour, 1 cup of white flour, 1 cup of sour cream with 1 cup of sour milk, or 2 cups of sour milk with a small piece of butter added, 1 teaspoonful of soda, 1 teaspoonful of sugar, 1 teaspoonful of salt, and 3 eggs beaten separately. Bake on a griddle.
