Morning Green Smoothie

So often on this raw food lifestyle I get the same question, "Where do you get your protein?" These same people have coffee and donuts for breakfast(1g protein) Some eat fries and a burger(18g protein) for lunch.
I always want to ask them, where do you get your greens? I'm not against others eating meat, or cooked food, it's just not for me anymore. I only wish that the people I care about would get more nutrition from the food they eat.
I know, all green smoothies are different, but entering the measured ingredients I used into www.nutritiondata.com, I get 18 grams of protein. Not bad for something that tastes like a vanilla banana milkshake!
