YAM DIP
• 1 pint nonfat plain yogurt • 1 package onion soup mix • 1/2 cup fresh yams (sweet potatoes), cooked and mashed or 1/2 (15 oz.) can yams, drained and mashed
Mix ingredients together and chill.
Serve with fresh vegetables.
