TURKEY CHERRY SALAD


Ingredients
3 cups cooked, diced turkey
1 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup dried cherries
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt


Directions

Mix turkey, celery, dried cherries, onion and eggs together.

Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt until smooth.

Gently stir dressing into turkey mixture.

Chill thoroughly, and serve on a croissant or bed of lettuce leaves.
