SWORDFISH WITH GREEN APPLES
Yield: 4 servings
4 8oz Swordfish steaks SAUCE 2 tb Butter 4 tb Brown sugar 2 Apples; Granny Smith, sliced 1/2 ts Nutmeg
Melt Butter, add brown sugar and mix; add apples & nutmeg.
Place some sauce in pan...add Swordfish...place more sauce on top.
Cover and simmer for 6-8 minutes.
