BACON AND TOMATO RICE CAKES
Quick and Easy Yield: Makes 4 servings.
• 4 lightly-salted rice cakes • 1 4-ounce container French onion spreadable cheese • 4 tomato slices • 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
Place rice cakes on baking sheet.
Spread French onion cheese evenly on each rice cake; top with tomato slices, mozzarella cheese, and crumbled bacon.
Broil at 400 degrees 3 to 5 minutes.
