1/4 cup Pine Nuts 1/2 cup Walnut Oil 1 Jalapeno Pepper -- seeded 1/2 ounce Ginger -- peeled and sliced 1/2 tablespoon Garlic -- minced 3/4 cup Fresh Basil 2 Tablespoons Fresh Mint 2 Tablespoons Coriander Leaves 1 1/2 tablespoons Lime juice 3/4 teaspoon Salt 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
[1) Brown Pine Nuts in Walnut Oil.....COOL...SAVE OIL...
[2) Process Pine Nuts in Cuisinart.....
[3) Add Jalapeno peppers and Herbs and continue to process.
[4) Add 1/2 cup of oil saved from above...slowly
[5) Add Lime, Sugar and Salt and continue to process...
Add more oil if needed for consistency.
