MULLET - FISHERMAN'S CHOICE

Yield: 6 servings.

1 1/2 pounds mullet fillets
1/4 cup sesame oil
2 teaspoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon paprika
8 slices french bread
lettuce
8 tomato slices


Cut fillets into 6 servings.

Combine oil and garlic. Brush fillets with oil mixture; place on broiler pan.

Sprinkle generously with paprika.

Broil 5 to 6 inches from source of heat until fish flakes easily.

Serve on french bread with lettuce and tomatoes.

Seafood alternatives: Florida Spanish mackerel or bluefish
