Recipe Video - Spaghetti with Broccoli - 03:18
Simone takes the Broccoli from his personal cultivation and let us taste them cooked in a very simple and personal way.

 

Spaghetti with Broccoli Ingredients: 4 flowers of Broccoli; 3 chilly peppers; 3 slices of garlic; 14 ounces of spaghetti; Parmesan cheese (Parmigiano Reggiano)

Preparation Cut the Broccoli's florets into small sections, plunge into cold water then boil them. Take some red chilly, squash the garlic and put them in a pan with extravirgin olive oil. When the water boils add two pinces of coarse salt. Cook the spaghetti with the Broccoli and put the pan on the fire until the garlic browns. Remove the spaghetti and the Broccoli from water when they turn out al dente. Steep the spaghetti and the Broccoli in the pan. Finish mixing a little Parmesan cheese. We suggest to serve with a young black Chianti Classico wine.
Cooking Time: about 1/2 hours. Simone Biondi is cooking for us.
