CORN ON COB
Select ears of corn not too far advanced in milk stage, thoroughly clean off all silk. Then place in a porcelain or agate cooking vessel previously filled with boiling water to which enough salt has been added to season well. Cook 30 minutes or until done. Serve hot with salt and plenty of fresh butter.
