BAKED APPLES #2
 
 
 Select as many good baking apples of same size as wanted for use, halve them, but do not pare; take out the core and in each half put a large teaspoonful of sugar and a piece of butter the size of a hickory nut, and bake. Serve with cream or not, as desired.
