CABBAGE SLAW
Take the yolks of 2 eggs, 1 teaspoonful of sugar, 1/2 teaspoonful of salt, and 2 tablespoonfuls of vinegar; cook in a double boiler; thin with water if too thick: when cold, pour over chopped cabbage.
