SALADS AND SAUCES
SALMON SALAD #1 Cut fine a head of cabbage that is tender and crisp. To this add 1/2 that amount of salmon, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix well. and pour over it a dressing made as follows: One cup of thick cream (sweet or sour), 1/2 cup of vinegar, and sugar to taste; beat well and pour over the above.
