SALADS AND SAUCES

APPLE SALAD #1
 

 Take 1 bunch of celery cut fine, 3 large apples cut fine with the celery; pour over them the following dressing: Take 2 eggs, 1/2 cup of sugar, 1/2 teaspoonful of salt, a little butter and pepper, 1 cup of vinegar, and 1 teaspoonful of mustard, if liked; boil a few minutes and pour over hot.
