PRESERVING AND CANNING

CANNED STRAWBERRIES #1
 
 
 Take 4 pints of strawberries, and 1 pint of sugar; let them come to a boil, skim and can while hot. Let stand a few days, then wrap paper around the can and keep as dark as possible.
