RECIPE FOR DRESSING
Take 3 pints of sweet milk, salt-and pepper to taste; put on the stove and let come to a boil; then put in bread enough to thicken the milk; then break in 6 eggs. Put lard and butter in a frying pan; put in the dressing and bake a light brown.
