RECIPES FOR PIES

POTATO PIE #1
 
 
 Line a pie tin with crust same as for other pies. Slice raw potatoes very thin, season with salt, pepper and butter the size of a walnut, put in a little hot water and bake until done. Serve with lamb or veal stew gravy.
