RECIPES FOR PIES
MOLASSES PIE Take 2 cups of molasses, 1 cup of sugar, 3 eggs, 1 tablespoonful of melted butter and 1 lemon. Beat all together and bake in pastry with a lower crust and strips of the pastry over the top, same as tarts. In the absence of the lemon leave out the sugar also.
