RECIPES FOR PIES
LEMON PIE #3 Take 1 large lemon, 1 cup of sugar, 2/3 cup of flour, 2 cups of cold water, 2 eggs, a piece of butter the size of an egg. Put the flour, sugar and eggs together, then add the juice, grated rind and water, and butter (melted). Bake in a deep plate without an upper crust.
