RECIPES FOR PIES

CHOCOLATE PIE
 

 Mix together 1/2 cup grated chocolate, 6 tablespoonfuls of sugar, 3 of flour, with a little sweet milk. Stir this into 2 cups of boiling milk till thick. Add the beaten yolks of 3 eggs and 1 teaspoonful vanilla. Bake the crust first, then fill, put the beaten whites of the eggs on top and slightly brown. This make? 2 pies.
