MEATS

MEAT CROQUETTES

Take 2 cups of finely-chopped meat, 1 cup of boiled bread and milk, salt and pepper to taste, butter the size of a walnut. Shape croquettes, dip in egg, roll in cracker crumbs and fry in hot lard.
