MACARONI AND CHEESE DISHES

MACARONI

Boil 1/2 pound of macaroni 15 minutes; have 1/2 pound of cheese grated or chipped fine; place in a baking dish a layer of macaroni and then one of cheese alternately, with a little salt and pepper and bits of butter; then pour over all a teacupful of milk or cream; put in the oven and bake 30 minutes.
