RECIPES FOR THE SICK
BEEF #2 Get a small round steak and lay it on a plate. Take a table knife and scrape the tender meat out of it. Place it in a saucer and form it into a cake. Broil it in a hot buttered pan quickly, on both sides, and serve on a hot plate. The fibers which you cannot scrape, put in a stew dish with cold water and boil well. It will make a nice cup of broth for the sick.
