RECIPES FOR THE SICK

SOFT BOILED EGG

The only way to prepare an egg that the sick will not tire of it. Place an egg in a tin cup, cover over with boiling water, set on the back of the stove from 5 to 10 minutes; do not let it boil. When the egg is just right, it will drop from the shell when broken. Have a hot dessert dish to serve it in.
