RECIPES FOR THE SICK

POACHED EGGS IN SHELL
 
 
 Place the eggs in a pan or kettle, pour boiling water over them and set on back of the stove & or 10 minutes, according to the amount and size. Do not let them boil. When just right they will drop out (when broken) like a lump of jelly.
