RECIPES FOR THE SICK
APPLE TAPIOCA PUDDING for the CONVALESCENT Take a small teacupful of tapioca, soak it in water over night. Then take 3 ripe cooking apples, pare, cut in halves, and put in a pudding dish with a little butter and sugar, then pour over them the tapioca and bake 3/4 hour. Serve with sugar and milk.
