ICE CREAM CAKES (#1 & #2) Ice Cream Cake #1
Take 2 cups of sugar, 3 cups of flour, 3/4 cup of butter, whites of 6 eggs, and 3 teaspoonfuls of baking powder. Bake in 4 layers.

Ice Cream Cake #2
Take 1 1/2 cups of white sugar, 1/2 cup of butter, 1 cup of sweet milk, whites of 5 eggs thoroughly beaten and 3 teaspoonfuls of baking powder sifted in 3 cups of flour. Flavor with lemon.
