CAKES AND COOKIES

GINGER CAKE WITHOUT MILK OR EGGS
 
 
 Take 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of butter, 1 cup of molasses, 1/2 cup of made coffee, 2 teaspoonfuls of soda, 1 tablespoonful of ginger and flour enough to make a good batter.
