CAKES AND COOKIES

WHITE CAKE #1
 
 
 Take the whites of 4 eggs, 2 cups of sugar, 1/2 cup of butter, 1 cup of sweet milk, 3 cups of flour, and 2 teaspoonfuls of baking powder. Mix well sugar and butter, and the whites well beaten, add milk, then flour with baking powder. Can be used as jelly or solid cake.
