BREAKFAST DISHES

BREAD PANCAKES

Take bread that has become dry and cut it in small pieces in a dish and cover with sour milk or buttermilk. Let stand over night, and mash up fine in the morning. Put in 1 egg and add l teaspoonful of soda, l cup of flour, and salt. Don't have too thin, and bake as pancakes.
