BREADS - WARM AND COLD
BREAD DOUGH CINNAMON CAKE When bread is ready to put into the pans, take a small piece of the dough, roll it a little thicker than for pie; lay it on a greased pie plate, spread over it a little butter, sprinkle a little cinnamon and sugar over it, let it rise a little, then bake till a light brown color. This is best when eaten fresh.
