FISH, OYSTERS AND GAME
OYSTERS ON TOAST RECIPE
Scald and season with pepper and salt 1 pint of sweet milk or cream; add 1 pint of chopped oysters; pour the whole over toasted bread that has been spread on a 'platter or in a shallow dish.
